End of year exhibitions visual identity
Project background
Create a visual identity for the end of year exhibitions. The campaign needs to unify all the different courses exhibiting work.
The idea
The theme of butterflies was chosen, as it referenced the students’ exhibitionist natures, individuality and was non-specific to any particular practice. The look and feel of the posters, flyers and invitations referenced etymology books. A big thank you to Norwich Castle Museum for allowing access to their incredible butterfly collection.

Kids sun spray
Project background
Create a packaging design idea for Boots’ Soltan range of protective sun sprays for kids.
The Solution
The sun spray is packaged in water pistols. The kids do the rest.
London Planetarium brand identity
Project background
Create a brand identity for the London Planetarium.
The idea
Visiting the London Planetarium is an immersive experience, and feels as if you have been transported into space. Using the ‘P’ as a shortcut for the brand, iconic images of the cosmos are used as the negative space in the letterform. All applications of the brand – from stationery, carrier bags, signage, livery to ambient media – use the rich visual language of outer space to wittily let the visitor know that they truly have arrived at the final frontier.
Sainsbury’s soup
Project background
Create an idea for packaging designs for a range of Sainsbury’s soups.
The idea
A simple, graphic image of a steaming bowl of soup is used to unify the packaging range. The subtlety of the word ‘Soup’ hidden within ensures this is an idea that once engaged with, will be remembered.
